Over the next few weeks, we’ll be running a ‘Sausage Sizzle’ and ‘Hamburger Grill at the Tay Ho Weekend Market. Our goal is to use, as much as possible, fresh ingredients sourced primarily for other vendors at the market, in order to showcase the wonderful produce that is available.
Our bread will be locally supplied or made by Villa Tempest
Our Beef sausages and Australian Beef Mince is supplied by Hanoi Small Goods;
Our Cheese is supplied via Naturally Vietnam; and
Our Fresh Vegies will come from the Rau hữu cơ Thanh Xuân Organic Vegetables.
